Story
I don't know much about her. In fact, I don't even know if she had a name, but when my neighbors found her they called her Penny and that has been what we call her ever since. I am highly convinced she had been abused in the past, because she cowered in submission of almost anyone around her.
They soon discovered this fragile dog had never been neutered, and was pregnant. Unable to feed all these new mouths they soon had to give the pups to those who would take them, hoping they would get to live a better life than their mother's.
She now spends most of her days happily relaxed by our neighbors house.
